Recently, ShangDong HangXiao Steel Structure Co. Ltd. successfully signed Yongxing power plant project in Vietnam. This is the second overseas power plant project signed after the HeJin Power Plant in Vietnam, which is also the second project cooperated with China's energy construction group. However, there are some differences compared to the previous projects. In this project, ShanDong HangXiao directly cooperated with Vietnam Electric Group, Doosan Group in Korea, APCC in AnHui China and Shanxi Exploration Design Institute.
The EP project of the fourth phase coal island in Vietnam’s YongXing power plant is with a steel quantity about 2500 tons, which is divided into four units. The whole process is based on the international standard. The duration of the project is from December 15th 2015 to February 20th 2016. The project requires tight schedule, high quality and standards. The material adopted the Japanese standards, and the whole process adopts the American standards. Therefore, not only the project is the challenge, but the test.
ShanDong HangXiao has been operating TOC system for half a year. During this time, TOC system has been guiding the production process, and supervising the work of all departments in a timely manner. We believe that TOC system in Vietnam Yongxing Power Plant project will play a tremendous role in promoting the project and also strictly control the whole process of the production.
